Configurable Overload Algorithm

Choose the algorithm. We run it exactly.

Most apps guess. ProvectaFit doesn't. Pick the progression model that actually matches how you train — linear progression, double progression, percentage of training max, or RPE-autoregulated — then set the parameters once: increment size, working rep range, rounding rule, deload trigger. From that point on, every suggested set is computed directly from those rules. Not adjusted by mood. Not softened because last week was hard. Not quietly overridden by a "smart" model deciding it knows better. The algorithm runs the same way every time, because that's the only way progression data means anything.
